Monologue für Tuba solo

Monologue for Tuba solo was specifically written for my friend Micaël Cortone d¹Amore. Tuba solo at the Philharmonic Orchestra of Strasbourg, professor of tuba at the Conservatory of Strasbourg and soloist of the instrumental ensemble called OPUS4, Micaël Cortone d¹Amore gave the first performance of « Monologue » in May 2008 in Monaco. This piece, mainly because of the nimbleness needed in the central part, requires a high mastery of the instrument.
